1. Delivery time, delivery locations, shipping and packaging costs.
1.1 All finished items are packed immediately (within two working days), provided they are in stock, and handed over to the shipping service provider. Personalized items and custom-made items (seal stamps, finished wax seals, etc.) are produced, packed and handed over to the shipping service provider within 2 to 6 working days (the production time varies with the different products). The delivery time (handover to shipping service provider until delivery) within Germany is approx. 2 - 3 working days. The delivery time to the European Union and Switzerland is approx. 4 - 6 working days.
1.2 If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time, provided we have your address. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
1.3 We will send your parcel/goods post to the following countries with DHL or Deutsche Post:
Germany: For shipping within Germany we charge a shipping fee of 4.99 UR. From a goods value of EUR 70.00 we give you free shipping.
European Union and Switzerland: For shipping to Europe (Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Portugal) and to Switzerland we charge a shipping fee of 12.99 EUR. From a goods value of 150.00 euros we give you free shipping.
2. Payment, retention of title
2.1 All prices are gross prices in euros, which include the statutory value added tax of currently 19%. The prices valid on the day of the order apply.
2.2 The following payment methods are possible:

2.3 The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made (retention of title according to §§158, 449 BGB). The customer must inform us immediately about enforcement measures by third parties in relation to the goods subject to retention of title and hand over the documents required for an intervention; this also applies to impairments of any other kind. Irrespective of this, the customer must inform third parties in advance of the rights to the goods.
